For customers who do business with us, LeftClick will explicitly ask for information that personally identifies you. This information is your “Personal Information”. Any billing information that is collected is used to verify your identity and to bill your company for any services you have purchased from us.

Any demographic or profile data collected from you by LeftClick may be used to improve this web site or any opted-in communications to our customers and members, e.g. newsletters. LeftClick may compile aggregated views of demographic and product use information for internal purposes only, and this information will never be made publicly available.

For solutions that require the implementation of our website analytics technologies (ClickShift and ClickDrive), information is collected about users interactions with your website. This technology uses cookies to recognize returning customers but we do not store any information whatsoever that is specific to the identity of the user. This information we gather is used to support the collection of accurate data about general visitor behaviour only. Any analytics assessment reports regarding the performance of your website will not include any personally identifiable information. LeftClick does not and will not, under any circumstances, make personal information about an individual or company available to anyone.

Newsletter Subscriptions

If anyone wishes to subscribe to the LeftClick newsletter, we ask for basic contact information only such as your name and email address. We provide an easy way for you to opt-out of these newsletters by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter email.

Your email address is only used to send you information that you have specifically requested. LeftClick will only send promotional email to subscribers that have specifically requested to receive promotional email. Except as mentioned above, LeftClick will not send you any unsolicited email.

LeftClick does not and will not sell, rent, or loan our subscriber lists or any of your private information to any outside firms. Furthermore, LeftClick will not use subscriber lists for our own marketing purposes. All subscription emails that you receive from us will have an option to unsubscribe. Unsubscribe requests are fulfilled within a few minutes.

Business to Business Email

Customers who do business with LeftClick are deemed to have established a business relationship with LeftClick and hence provided permission to engage in business to business email conversation.

Your email address is used to communicate with you in the course of doing business with you and to send you information that you have specifically requested. LeftClick may ask if you wish to be added to any of our subscription lists (e.g. updates and special offers). You will only be added to subscription lists that have specifically agreed to. Except as mentioned above, LeftClick will not send you any unsolicited email.

LeftClick does not and will not sell, rent, or loan our customer contact lists or any of your private information to any outside firms.

LeftClick may contact you from time to time on a relationship level after closure of a business engagement only if this contact is made within 2 years of the last email or verbal communication.

Changes

LeftClick may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes to this privacy policy will be highlighted on our website homepage. We will also notify you by email only if you have given us permission to do so. Please be assured that if this Privacy Policy does change in the future, we will not use the personal information you have already submitted to us in a manner that is materially inconsistent with this Privacy Policy without your prior consent.
