Our monthly-leased offices are perfect for independent professionals or small one or two person companies to work in a funky, high profile environment without the commitment of long-term leases.
Having a place to work here is better than being at home as you’ll be part of a vibrant environment alongside other people in a similar situation and whose business is complementary to yours.
The Location
We are at 145 Lichfield Street, on the corner of Lichfield and Madras. It’s a great space that not only meet the business needs of talented people but also provides a great environment to hang out. We’re only a stone’s throw from Lichfield Lanes, High Street and Sol Square, so location couldn’t be much better!
What You Get
- Private use of a 4m × 3m self contained office.
- Telephone and internet Outlets (you need to arrange your own telco services)
- 24 × 7 access
- 8-person meeting room with conference phone
- A lounge area to hang out and drink coffee
- Kitchen and coffee bar
- Use of E61 Rocket espresso machine
- Free supply of C4 coffee beans (so long as you’re not greedy!)
- Shower room
- Changing room
- Roof garden with great views and BBQ
- Cycle racks
The Deal
- $170 +GST per week.
- If your business has strong synergies with ours, then a rate reduction may be possible.
- One time Bond of $150 for keys and security cards.
All costs exclude GST.
What You DON’T Get
- No pets, sorry: we already have a friendly dog and that’s all we’re allowed.
- We don’t provide printing, copying or fax services.
- We don’t provide telco services (internet or phone)
- We don’t provide a receptionist
- We don’t clean your private office – that’s your private space.
What We Expect
This is a professional space with a shared ethos of professionalism. As such we expect something from you:
- We expect you to keep your office clean and tidy
- We expect you to respect other people and their businesses
- We expect you to keep noise down and behave professionally
