Leftclick is a local organisation with an impressive portfolio of exciting local, national and offshore clients, they specialise in leading user-experience design for web applications and e-business websites. You will be part of a motivated and successful team that are unphased by working on multiple projects simultaneously to create high quality online consumer experiences.
As a key member of the development team, you will be involved in a variety of online projects. A pivotal part of your role will be in applying your experience and the appropriate use tools to develop high quality, robust and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:
Work with the design team to implement e-business web solutions and contribute to help in-house software-as-a-service products to fruition.
Offer new ideas on technologies, processes or designs to increase user-experience and functionality.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of software development in an enterprise/agency environment
- 1+ years of developing applications using the Ruby on Rails framework
- 3+ years of programming in core web languages, such as PHP, Java, MySQL
- JavaScript/Jquery
- CSS
- AJAX
- Must be resident in NZ and hold the right to work here.

Leftclick is a leading UX design consultancy with an impressive portfolio of exciting clients. We specialise in UX design for e-business websites, web applications and mobile/iPhone. You will be part of a motivated and successful team that are unfazed by working on multiple projects simultaneously to meet milestones and deadlines, and you will apply user-centered design and web analysis practices to create high quality consumer experiences.
As a key member of the UX team, you will be involved in a variety of projects, mostly online e-business/e-commerce. A pivotal part of your role will be in applying your usability experience and the appropriate use of UCD and IA tools including usability testing, running workshops, card sorting, story-boarding and design prototyping is necessary.
You will bring at least 2 years of industry experience in UX and web design and be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for working in the UCD field where user-flows and attention to detail is imperative.
