Solution
LeftClick’s first step was to conduct an analytics assessment in order to gain an appreciation of how visitors were interacting with the website. With the aid of advanced reports LeftClick was able to see which parts of the site required to most attention.
This lead to an expert review followed by some lab testing with representative customers. All of this knowledge was applied to re-designs and the overhaul if the ordering process.
After the changes had been fully rolled out, LeftClick then re-evaluated the outcomes and fine-tuned a few aspects of the design to maximise conversion rates.
