An innovative and cool environment
We are based in the Canterbury Innovation Incubator which is packed with innovative companies and people. We’re based right in the middle of the city just across from the Centennial sports centre and a stones throw from the buzz of central city life. We operate an open space working environment that encourages teamwork and creativity. No suits behind closed doors here!
Easy going and politics free
We passionately maintain a cut-the-crap, politics free environment. Down to earth and honest is what we are about and that’s how we’ll stay. Our in-house pet Cosmic helps keep our place relaxed and everyone’s welcome to take him for a walk when they need a breath of fresh air.
Equipment and training
Every employee receives all the gear they need and more. Whether you’re a analyst, designer or developer, you’ll have the equipment you need and a library of books and other resources. We also encourage our team to keep their skills up to date and regularly attend conferences and specialist training.
Coffee (or tea) as you please…
We pride ourselves on our coffee skills here at LeftClick. Our E61 coffee machine is a central hub for getting people together and we provide a continuous supply of only the best and freshest coffee beans (and fresh teas) to keep everyone energised. The boss is trained in barista skills and the rest of the team do their best to beat him and making the finest espresso or that perfect steamed milk.
Working hours
Generally speaking, our hours are usually 9 to 5 for most of the team. However, depending on your position, you can work the hours that suit you and your lifestyle as long as you get the job done well and your hours work well with the rest of the team and the needs of our clients. We rarely ask you to do overtime and almost never work weekends.
